Bradley Gayton joined Coca-Cola in 2020 after almost 30 years at Ford Motor Company. While at Ford, Bradley was an outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusion; he created the Ford Law Career Academy, which helped introduce minority high school students to legal careers, and instituted several initiatives around diversity and talent development for both his legal team and his outside counsel. Bradley is also active in pro bono work, for which he received the National Legal Aid & Defender Association's 2018 Exemplar Award. 

The Coca-Cola Company has won numerous awards for its diversity efforts, including eight perfect scores on the Human Rights Commission’s Corporate Equality Index. Their programs include employee resource networks, supplier diversity programs, and an extensive diversity education program that includes training, a speaker series, and a diversity library. Coke also recently donated $1.4 million to start the Diversity Leadership Academy of Atlanta. The company was also an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2014 and 2015.
