General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Dow Inc.
Amy Wilson became General Counsel of Dow in 2018. She joined the company in 2000, providing legal counsel to Purchasing and Human Resources, and spent time with Dow’s Europe operations in Horgen, Switzerland and as Director of the Office of the Corporate Secretary, among other roles.
A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, Amy is the executive sponsor for GLAD, Dow’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and allies’ employee resource group, and was named a Top 50 Ally Executive by OUTstanding in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Amy serves on the Board of Directors for the U. S. Chamber of Commerce and MidMichigan Health and the Board of Trustees for the Charles J. Strosacker Foundation. She is also a member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
