2016 LCLD Fellow 

Alison Zoellner joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2020 as General Counsel. She was previously General Counsel, Advanced Materials at Honeywell, and spent 17 years as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at The New York Times. In 2016, while at Honeywell, Alison was nominated as an LCLD Fellow; she has also spoken about the importance of choosing more diverse outside counsel firms. 

Dentsu Aegis's diversity and inclusion initiatives include employee advocacy groups, inclusive leadership workshops, and flexible work arrangements. In 2020, The company also launched a global mentorship program for female-founded startups called Female Foundry

Dentsu Aegis was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021.
