I am a managing associate in Orrick’s San Francisco office and a member of the Securities Litigation and White Collar Group. My practice focuses on the representation of major financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in securities and complex commercial actions and internal investigations. My engagements include the representation of a leading medical equipment manufacturer, a luxury automotive manufacturer, a leading electronics company, Fortune 100 corporations, and corporate employees. Prior to joining Orrick, I was a litigation fellow for the Office of General Counsel for The Regents of the University of California, where I practiced general, commercial, and probate litigation, and handled mandamus actions.
I was born in Jamaica but emigrated to the United States in 1991. I attended the University of Florida and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Art in Economics and a Bachelors of Art in East Asian Languages and Literature (specializing in Japanese). I attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marla Miller of the Superior Court of California, San Francisco County before graduating in 2010.
