I advise clients across various industries on global privacy and information management, data security and informational technology matters. Specifically, my practice covers privacy and information management issues, such as cross-border data flows, data security and breach notification, consumer marketing, e-discovery and consumer protection issues. Formerly, I practiced in the Firm’s litigation group, representing companies in various domestic and international matters regarding general commercial litigation, internal investigations and compliance matters. I also spent one year on secondment at Kraft Foods where I worked on various compliance, employment, litigation and contract matters. I use these experiences to provide clients practical advice with respect to data privacy and information management issues.
I am also a LINK Unlimited mentor and a member of the associate board of Legal Prep Charter School.
