Nick was born and raised in Arizona. He is a fourth-generation Arizonan--something quite rare in a state full of transplants from California and the Midwest. He attended the University of Arizona where he was initially enrolled in pre-med courses. As his interests in law and policy grew, he switched his major to public health and went on to obtain his master's degree in Public Health Policy and Management. After graduate school, Nick enrolled in a Spanish immersion program and lived in Cuernavaca, Mexico four roughly six months. There he traveled, climbed Aztec pyramids, ate exotic foods, and met people from all over the world. When he returned, he worked at a community health center, enrolling uninsured and underinsured patients in cancer prevention programs. He later enrolled in law school and graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at ASU in 2013. He spent six months practicing municipal defense and general civil litigation before joining Quarles & Brady's Health Law Group. Nick's practice is focused on health care regulatory compliance, pharmacy law, board representation, and health care transactional matters.
Nick enjoys cooking, camping, fishing, soccer, all things UofA, but mostly, spending time with his wife, Hana, and their one-year-old son, Nico
