The Rick Palmore LCLD Fellows Alumni Awards recognize the outstanding achievements, commitment, and leadership of LCLD Fellows Alumni who have paved the way for and assisted with the advancement of the LCLD Fellows Program and diverse attorneys. This panel, moderated by LCLD Program Director Lori Lorenzo, will include lawyers from law firms, in-house legal departments, government, and non-profit organizations. The National LGBT Bar Association currently needs in-house, government, and non-profit attorney speakers (all law firm spots have been filled) for this panel which will take place on Saturday, August 6, from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. GROWTH ACCELERATOR: FEMALE PARTNER RETENTION PROGRAM - Fall 2016
2013 Fellow Heather Hubbard has developed a new female partner retention program for firms committed to retaining and promoting their top female talent. Growth Accelerator is a 9-month group coaching program with a 4-day opening retreat at Miraval Resort in Arizona.
