Wanda M. Richards is Senior Counsel in the Treasury Management Group at PNC Bank, National Association. In this role, she supports PNC’s Consumer Driven Healthcare business, for all matters related to Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Arrangements, and ABLE programs. During her more than twenty years as an attorney, Ms. Richards has provided legal and regulatory compliance support for small and large financial institutions in various areas such as consumer lending, deposits, consumer product marketing, and consumer and commercial insurance. Ms. Richards is a 2014 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and a mentor for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Success in Law School Mentorship Program. Ms. Richards is a founding member of PNC’s Office of the General Counsel Diversity and Inclusion Council, and was most recently appointed as Chairperson of PNC’s Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey Diversity and Inclusion Forum. In 2017, Ms. Richards was selected to receive the highest form of employee recognition given by PNC, the Performance Award. The Performance Award is given annually to only eight PNC employees and recognizes employees who demonstrate unparalleled client service and satisfaction, maintain a high-energy work ethic, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, contribute to company growth, and show commitment to the community. Ms. Richards is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the SeniorLAW Center, which focuses on protecting the rights of older Pennsylvanians. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
