Ms. Fraser is a General Counsel Director (Corporate Engineering, Technology & Operations) for Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a member of the Corporate Legal Department, she manages intellectual property and contract matters. Ms. Fraser received her Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was an editor of the UCLA Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Ms. Fraser serves on the MIT Educational Council and is active in several alumni organizations.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Ms. Fraser advised international corporations on patent prosecution and infringement matters pertaining to a broad range of electrical and mechanical technologies. She also served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, Office of the Judge Advocate General at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado and Los Angeles Air Force Base, Space and Missiles Systems Center.
Ms. Fraser is a registered patent attorney and is a member of several professional organizations, including Women in Technology (WIT), Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC), and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
