Rosanna G. Lipscomb is Senior Competition Counsel at Google Inc., where she focuses on the antitrust aspects of acquisitions and divestitures, conduct investigations, and business and product counseling.
She also serves on the Editorial Board of the Antitrust Law Journal and the Business Steering Committee for Concurrence. She was named "40 under 40" by the Global Competition Review, and to the 2016 Woman Leaders in Tech by the Recorder.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Lipscomb practiced antitrust law with Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP in Menlo Park, California. Ms. Lipscomb’s other experience includes working at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in the Office of the Prosecutor.
She graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and was a member of the Law Review. She received an M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford, and a B.A. in chemistry cum laude from Princeton University. She also served two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania.
