Rabeha is a Michigan native. She is a partner in Dorsey & Whitney LLP's Regulatory Affairs group. Rabeha focuses her practice on energy regulation, compliance, and enforcement matters and represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”).
Rabeha has represented energy clients in all stages of the regulatory process and government investigations, including oil and natural gas pipelines, public utilities, independent power producers, and state power authorities. She has a broad background in oil/natural gas pipeline and electric utility infrastructure development, open-access policies, renewable power initiatives, pipeline and utility mergers and acquisitions, rates and services, and FERC and CFTC compliance and enforcement rules and policies. In addition to federal agencies, Rabeha has represented clients before state and federal/appellate courts on energy regulatory matters.
Rabeha loves to travel internationally, listens to Frank Sinatra, and is the proud mom of Nylah and Ameer.
