Te-Mika Warner is an Associate General Counsel at Fannie Mae supporting the company's Multifamily business in financing transactions and as a member of the Multifamily legal team's strategy group. Previously, Ms. Warner worked on single-family business matters, principally advising the Treasury Department on housing policy for the Administration’s Making Home Affordable Program, a nationwide initiative to provide relief to struggling homeowners and impacted communities. Before working on the Administration’s program, Ms. Warner was securities disclosure counsel for Fannie Mae and prepared and advised on the company’s public SEC filings and investor disclosures. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2005, Ms. Warner was an associate at Hogan & Hartson, LLP (now Hogan Lovells), where she served as securities disclosure counsel to various corporate clients, including real estate investment trusts, for their regulatory filings and mergers and acquisitions.
