Sharon Wei Ming Ng Profile Image

My practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation where I handle a variety of commercial disputes, including analyzing claims and managing all stages of litigation. I have substantial experience in breach of contract and tort actions, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 constitutional rights actions, labor and employment business litigation, legal malpractice actions, receivership actions, provisional remedies, and post-judgment enforcement.  I have represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. I also have substantial experience in tribal law. I have successfully prosecuted and defended Native American tribes' and tribal entities' interests in tribal courts across Arizona. In my practice, I have also represented major financial institutions, privately and publicly held corporations, technology start-ups, and tribally-owned corporations. I am an Arizona native and the daughter of Chinese immigrants. My mother, a social worker, taught me the value of serving others, which I have woven tightly into my practice. When I need a break from the daily challenges of the practice, you can find me in a yoga class or reading a book if I'm not doing what I love best: engaging with my three children.
