Rodney (Rod) Perry is a litigator with nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation at trial and appellate court levels, including first-chair trial experience. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, class actions, and employment matters. 

Rod's commercial litigation practice consists of a wide variety of complex litigation, class action defense and other business disputes, with an emphasis in real estate and financial services litigation and defense of clients in litigation involving alleged violations of consumer protection laws. Rod's employment litigation practice focuses on representation of management in regards to claims of race, age, disability, religious and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, employee non-competition and various common law claims.
