Clyde Tinnen is a partner of Withers Bergman LLP. Clyde lives outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He focuses his practice on corporate law matters, including finance and securities law, banking, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented public and private corporations in various industries, ranging in size from startup enterprises to Fortune 100 companies. His past clients include large financial institutions, investors and corporations engaged in securities transactions (including initial public offerings and private placements), secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, capital leases, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, private equity fund formation and investments and other types of complex and traditional financing transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate governance and ’34 Act disclosure matters. Clyde began his legal career at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and was a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, after previous careers in finance and non-profit management. Clyde is the father of three and enjoys basketball in his spare time.
