Mark is Vice President - Associate General Counsel of The Clorox Company, where he oversees U.S. litigation, regulatory, marketing/communications, privacy, and cybersecurity. He also serves on the leaderships teams for the Speciality Division and for Legal Services.
Prior to joining Clorox, Mark practiced for 25 years as a litigator with Morrison & Foerster LLP. He founded Morrison’s San Diego office, and also practiced in Tokyo, Japan from 2006-2010. From 2003-2006, he served as a Managing Partner of Operations at Morrison, and oversaw various business operations across 17 offices. He has trial, arbitration, and appellate experience across matters involving patents, trade secrets, breach of contract, and other complex litigation issues.
Mark currently serves on the Executive Committee of the International Law Section of the State Bar of California, and is the Editor-in-Chief of The California International Law Journal. He has a long-term commitment to pro bono and community service activities, including at Marin County Youth Court and San Quentin prison.
