Marissa Holob is a partner and co-chair of Kramer Levin's Employee Benefits department. She advises clients on all aspects of compensation and benefits. Ms. Holob regularly represents public and private companies, as well as tax-exempt entities, in the design, implementation, administration and compliance of qualified pension plans, profit sharing plans, equity and incentive plans, nonqualified deferred compensation and other employee compensation arrangements. She also has significant experience advising clients on the employee benefits and executive compensation related issues in bankruptcies, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Holob also counsels hedge funds and private equity clients on issues relating to the application of rules under ERISA's "plan asset" regulations.
Ms. Holob received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she was a note editor of the Cornell Law Review and her B.A. from Brown University.
