Enoch H Liang Profile Image

I was born in Lubbock, Texas, and before the age of 13 lived in Lubbock, San Antonio, Toronto, Taipei, Salt Lake City, East Brunswick New Jersey, and Dayton Ohio.  After staying put for high school and college in Ohio, I went to law school in New York City, then moved to Los Angeles to work at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges after graduation, before ending up in Shanghai/Beijing/Hong Kong while working for Lovells (pre-merger with Hogan).

In 2008, I returned to Los Angeles to start LTL (formerly LEE TRAN & LIANG), before volunteering to move to San Francisco to open LTL's Bay Area office. Yes, I have led a nomadic life.

Other than my family, I am most proud of starting one of the country's largest Minority/Women-owned litigation boutiques, with 37 litigators (and growing).

My hobbies include beach volleyball, poker (no-limit Texas hold'em), snowboarding/skiing, college football/basketball, and travelling to do one or more of the foregoing. I have also been known to plan nightclub outings at various legal conferences.
