Deanna L Kwong Profile Image

I am excited and honored to be a 2017 Fellow.  The IP Litigation team at HPE (and formerly Hewlett-Packard Company, prior to November 1, 2015) works to minimize risk and manage all U.S.-based intellectual property litigation and advise on all worldwide intellectual property litigation for the company.

I have over ten years of experience in intellectual property, specializing in complex patent litigation and strategic intellectual property advisement. I have additional experience in general commercial, trade secrets, consumer class action, and antitrust litigation.

I have an active pro bono practice and am active on diversity initiatives.  I presently serve on the Board of Directors for Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach and am a Social Co-Chair of Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley.  I am on the 2017 Conference Planning Committee for the California Minority Counsel Program Annual Conference.

In my spare time, I enjoy running and training for marathons.
