  • Coordinated and managed strategic outside defense on EEOC, NLRB, ADEA and ADA matters brought against the Company, and responded to administrative requests and charges in these areas. 
  • Managed stakeholder communications on high-risk labor and employment disputes.
  • Mediated employment-related disputes on behalf of the Company. 
  • Provided training on a variety of issues for members of management, human resources, and labor relations personnel.
