Adriana Maestas is a senior counsel in the New York office of Lloyds Banking Group. Ms. Maestas has significant experience representing issuers and financial institutions in a variety of exempt and registered cross-border and domestic corporate finance and lending transactions. During her more than ten-year legal career, Ms. Maestas has been based in London, Hong Kong, the Hague and New York. Ms. Maestas speaks Spanish with native fluency, and Italian and French, which assist with her ongoing representation of Latin American, French, Italian and UK-based clients. Ms. Maestas graduated from Stanford Law School is 2005 and received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University in English and Spanish Literature.
Ms. Maestas has previously served as a World Affairs Council Fellow, Rotary International Scholar and Stanford HAAS Center for Public Service Fellow.
Ms. Maestas was previously legal clerk to Judge Weinberg de Roca at the Appellate Chamber of the United Nations’ International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
