Timothy Thornton joined Greensfelder in 1981 and was President of the Firm before becoming CEO. Greensfelder’s diversity initiatives include diversity training, a mentor program, professional development for minority attorneys, and participation in a high school pipeline program. The firm has also changed its recruiting policies in order to include a greater number of minorities and women.
