Thomas Cole’s practice focused on labor and employment before he became managing partner. He is a frequent writer and speaker on related matters and counsels employers on various issues. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.

Pepper Hamilton’s diversity efforts include four affinity groups, participation in fellowship and pre-law programs for diverse students, and offering diversity mentoring and networking. Their pipeline diversity partnership with the Villanova University School of Law was recognized by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association and their advancement of women by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum.
