Mark Kelly’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and public financings. He has been recognized by The Legal 500, Chambers USA, and Chambers Global. Mark is also director of the State Bar of Texas. In addition to serving as chairman of the firm, he is also chair of diversity initiatives at Vinson & Elkins. These include programming for women, diversity scholarships for high school and law school students, and first-year law student fellowships. V&E has been ranked a top firm by Yale Law Women, Working Mother magazine, and the Austin Bar Association.The firm was an LCLD Most Active Member Law Firm in 2014 and 2015.
