Managing Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP


Ken Cutler became Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney in 2012, after 39 years at the firm. He also serves on the board of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. In 2017, Ken announced that the firm would be piloting the “Mansfield Rule” to increase women and minorities in leadership roles.

Dorsey’s diversity efforts include a Diversity Advisor program for LGBTQ and minority associates and senior women, a fellowship program for diverse law school students, and several affinity groups. In 2017, the firm was recognized by Bloomberg Law for efforts to close the gender parity gap.
