Jeffrey Gray joined Davis Wright Tremaine in 2001 and was named Managing Partner in 2015, which he believes allows him to “enable all attorneys [at the firm] to be successful, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.” Jeffrey also sits on DWT’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Davis Wright Tremaine is transparent about the diversity of its attorneys and how they compare to national averages. The firm received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2016 Corporate Equality Index, was named one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women, and received the Excellence in Diversity Award from the Law and Corporate Affairs department at Starbucks Coffee Company.
