Chairman of the Executive Committee, Baker & McKenzie LLP


Eduardo Leite has worked for Baker & McKenzie in the United States and abroad, serving as a managing partner of the firm’s Brazilian offices before becoming chairman. Eduardo also plays an important role in the firm’s diversity efforts.

“Diversity and inclusion foster collaboration, and helps us bring the best of Baker & McKenzie to our clients,” he said in an interview with the Human Rights Campaign. “That’s why we continue to cultivate a more inclusive and friendly workplace for our people worldwide.”

Baker & McKenzie has a variety of diversity efforts, including a diversity fellowship program for second-year law students and program called Listening Ear that supports LGBT employees. Baker & McKenzie was twice named a top firm for diversity by the American Lawyer and has achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
