Chairman and Managing Partner, Goodwin Procter LLP

 

David Hashmall led Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department before becoming Chairman of the firm. As Chairman, he focuses on initiatives to enhance and expand diversity and inclusion at Goodwin and in the legal community.  

Goodwin Procter has a variety of diversity initiatives, including programs for racial and ethnic diversity, women, and LGBT lawyers. The firm is involved in a mentoring program in Boston, has a fellowship opportunity for law students of color, and partners with organizations like Legal Outreach, Inc., which acts in underserved communities.
