David Greenwald spent years as a corporate partner at Fried Frank before becoming international general counsel and then managing director for Goldman Sachs. He returned to the firm in 2013 as chairman. David’s practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Fried Frank has a variety of diversity initiatives, including many affinity groups and multiple fellowships for diverse students. The firm recently created a Pre-Law Scholars Program and partners with a variety of organizations that expose middle and high school students to the legal field. They achieved a perfect score on the Human Right’s Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and have been named a top firm for women.
