Executive Vice President, Government Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, PepsiCo, Inc. 

Before joining PepsiCo in 2014, Tony West was Associate Attorney General of the United States, the Department of Justice's third-ranking official. He oversaw the department's work with civil rights and has spoken on the intersection of diversity with the justice system. 

PepsiCo prides itself on being a long-time supporter of diversity. They were the first major company to appoint an African-American vice president and recently received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. One of PepsiCo's more recent diversity initiatives is a targeted leadership and gender diversity program for female employees in Saudi Arabia.
