Allen Parker joined Wells Fargo in 2017 after serving for four years as Presiding Partner of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He also serves on the boards of the National Humanities Center and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Allen was also spent a decade as Chair of Cravath's Diversity Committee.
Wells Fargo has a history of diversity dating back to its bilingual services for Chinese immigrants in the 1870s. The company is also a supporter of female business owners, financial literacy, and the LGBT community. In 2017, Wells Fargo was ranked No. 9 on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
Wells Fargo was named an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2017.
